Les Trois Crabes. THE restaurant that will make you discover, or rediscover Vietnamese specialties. Drawing on his childhood between herbs, spices and oriental flavors, and trained in French cuisines of excellence, the chef combines French know-how and traditional Vietnamese cuisine. Les rendez-vous italiens. Trattoria deli where you can enjoy the pasta daily special or a crunchy piadina (like a pizza and panini combined, but better!).
